Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy – REBT – is a psychotherapy and a philosophy. In REBT you look at your thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions to find errors or exaggerations or distortions. When you find them you fix them. This results in much improved feelings and feeling states, or moods.
