Office sessions, 45-50 minutes in length, almost always once a week. Duration depends on the person and the problem.

Consultations

Office visit, one or two sessions, to answer specific questions: Dr. Waters offers informed analysis and suggestions, pointing to action which can be taken to resolve problem, and what is needed for a complete and satisfactory resolution.

Seminars and Presentations

I can present REBT for academic or clinical groups; length of presentation determined by need.
